Hi, I’m Laura, your coach, mentor and nutritionist to guide, assist and advise you on your nutrition journey.

I founded The Natural Nutrition Co. as part of my passion to support clients and individuals to improve their general health, wellbeing, and nutritional requirements.

I truly embrace and support my clients on their individual journey of integrating quality nutrition into their daily lives. All designed to support and maximise my clients’ health, performance and wellbeing.

Free Initial 30 Minute Consultation

For all new clients I offer a free initial 30-minute consultation with myself, Laura O’Driscoll. This gives you the opportunity to better understand how I can help you with your specific requirements. We can talk about your short- and long-term goals, any health concerns you have, and any other key nutritional requirements.

Overview of my Five Nutrition Programmes

Fully customised plans, delivering quality nutrition through a ‘whole food’ approach.

As a nutritionist I fully embrace the importance of eating quality, highly nutritious and minimally processed foods. This approach helps us to live a healthy, high energy, and optimal life supported through the food we eat.

I don’t deliver a ‘one size fits all’. Be assured, each plan is personalised to suit your individual requirements, this includes catering for those that are vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, flexitarian etc. I take into consideration your values, beliefs around food and in turn I will provide you with a plan that focuses on quality and nutritious food first.

Key features of my Programmes

Mon to Fri Meal Plans

  • For each plan, I provide a personalised Monday to Friday nutrition plan, detailing the amounts of food and food options for you to choose from. It includes recipes for meals and snacks, and helpful nutritional tips including background information on nutrition.
  • The ‘easy to follow’ food plans are tailored in terms of nutrition and portions, to align with your daily life, and support you on your journey to a healthy lifestyle.
  • The food plans cover the weekdays (Mon to Fri), for the meals of breakfast, lunch and tea. For the weekend meals, that is your opportunity to self-explore meal options that suit your requirements and fit into the demands of your weekend activities.
  • I also include some ‘cheat meals’, to show you nutrition is all about balance and that you can still reach our goals and enjoy the food and drinks that you love.

Weekly Check-ins and Support

  • As part of each plan there are weekly check ins, to discuss how you are finding your plan, any specific concerns you have, and any areas of the plan you would like changed or explained.
  • At each check in, we will discuss next week’s plan, and if there are any key events or requirements to be taken into consideration, e.g. menstrual cycle, more/less activity, or attending social occasions.
  • Throughout the programme, I will guide and support you with useful nutritional tips, additional meal options and recipes, snack options, and guide you on meal choices when dining out.
  • My specialist support includes more in-depth information on food, nutrition, exercise, assisting hormonal changes, and much more.
  • In essence, it’s much more than just a plan. My aim is to help educate my clients on ‘why’ we need good nutrition’ and how ‘easy’ it can be.
