This programme is all about longevity. More accurately, it’s about living a healthier and longer life by eating healthy meals and focusing on quality nutrition.
This programme recognises that as we progress through the different life stages, we all experience a change in nutritional requirements. This includes the importance of protein (animal or plant based), which takes a bit more prominence, along with some other key nutritional changes.
In essence, it’s all about nutrition for longevity and for healthy living. I will guide and advise you on many key aspects, including optimal food groups, proportions, useful tips for nutrient dense meals and optimal meal sizes to support your activities.
