What this programme is about
This programme is designed to provide a coach and mentor support role rather than be as structured compared to the other plans.
With my personalised coaching and mentoring approach, I can guide and advise you on your nutrition and meal options. Through our one-on-one sessions, and with greater understanding of what your main meals, food and snacks are (or intend to be), it provides a strong basis for discussing and advising you on your nutritional requirements.
It’s a slightly more hands off plan compared to the other more structured options. It’s about providing nutritional expertise, strong on support and guidance, on a more casual basis, to complement your lifestyle and activity levels.
With this programme you get:
- A ‘support’ focused approach rather than a specific structured plan.
- Feedback and advice on your current/intended nutritional approach, to assist you to tailor or improve your meal options.
- Additional nutritional information to help you have greater understanding of key aspects of nutrition that you are trying to improve.
- Specific feedback on your current approach, i.e. what is good, what might need to change; plus provide you with additional nutritional information. For example, explaining the benefits of why you have chosen to add fats into your breakfast.
- With this plan, it leaves you in charge of your nutrition, but has the benefit of incorporating strong support role from a professional.
Pricing
Charged on a casual basis, as a standard rate of $60 per session (1 hour).
